Get Analog for a Second: Shoot Some Film

Because sometimes I still want film.  Specifically 35mm film.  A couple of years ago I styled a shoot with a very famous fashion photographer and he was shooting on a Contax TVii & TViii.  The images came out so gorgeous, I immediately started hunting for this Contax TVii camera online.  No digital camera can touch the warmth and feeling of film.  As much as people try to recreate the feeling in post production with retouching a digital camera image, it can never touch it.  And I still like to have prints.  I love printing out images of my friends and family and my vacations and framing them for my walls around my house.  It's nice to have images for work and fashion digitally but when it comes to my capturing my personal life, this is my weapon of choice.  I can unplug and just focus on being with my friends and taking gorgeous pics. Love me the Contax TVS2 for my trips and a fun night out.  There are loads of mint condition versions of this camera avails on ebay.  And after you have the camera all you need is the camera batteries and some film.  I recommend packing extra batteries and film every time you head out with the camera.  Always good to be prepared.  Enjoy being analog for a bit, I do.
