Amethyst is the stone I have been majorly drawn to as of late, probably because it's such a calming and healing crystal. Amethyst is like the crystal world's version of prozac. Wearing it on my skin calms me immediately. This is the crystal i use to bring down my insane levels of stress and anxiety at work and since I have been moving my home and studio to Venice Beach, California.
