Crystal Clean: How I Cleanse My Crystals

Until I started working with my crystal soul sisters over at Energy Muse, I had no idea that I was supposed to be cleansing my crystals! Cleansing your crystals on a regular basis (weekly or monthly) is super important to keep them working toward your intention and to release bad or heavy energy from your stones.  I cleanse my rocks that live around my house and office as well as all of my crystal and diamond jewelry.  In this installment of my life series, I go through my step by step process for cleansing my stones as I learned it from Energy Muse.
